I chose Red Roof Inn because of its proximity to the North Carolina Museum of History. The daily housekeeping service pleasantly surprised me, and the facilities, including wireless internet access and 24-hour reception, were great.
Smell and elevator issue.

Clean, comfortable rooms with thoughtful snacks and helpful staff. Great AC, coffeemaker, and microwave.
Felt warm, no reason to complain.

we had a last minute reservation at Red Roof Inn and the staff was friendly despite that. the room was clean and spacious with super comfortable beds and pillows. we appreciated the fridge and microwave. and the manager was really sweet and made us feel welcomed, even noticing when i had broken my foot. the location was great for our event, and the young woman who checked us out showed exceptional customer service.
